What You Need:

  • A caring attitude and a desire to make a difference.

  • Experience with special needs individuals is a plus, but if you have the heart for it, we'll train you!

  • At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

  • Health check, TB clearance, and a clean criminal record.

  • A valid California driver’s license.

  • CPR and first aid training (or willing to get it).

  • If you're not yet trained in Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI), don't worry! We'll provide the training in your first week.

  • DSP I certification required within 6 months of employment

What You'll Do:

  • Be a friend and support to our residents, helping them with health, hygiene, and personal goals.

  • Think creatively to find the best solutions for our residents.

  • Keep records of residents' health and progress.

  • Be ready for any emergencies, whether medical or natural.

  • Join our residents on fun community outings and help them enjoy their hobbies and social activities.
